Wakko brandishes his trusty Gag Bag that the siblings have used to get to and from their water tower. The lowest damage that can be dealt is 5%, while the highest is 30%. Like the Wario Waft, the belch can be charged up. Wakko lets out a gale force belch in a similar manner to when he is the Great Wakkorotti. This recovery move cannot be initiated without all three Warners. The only flaw is that the siblings can be separated. If Dot grabs onto a ledge, then she will automatically pull the others up and back onto the stage. Yakko, Wakko and Dot form a chain for their recovery. The pet’s species varies from either a Xenomorph to a green one-eyed monster. The slice will deal 6% damage if it hits an opponent.ĭot takes out her little box and reveals her terrifying pet, which will deal 12% to anyone who gets too close to its master. Yakko reaches into his slacks (Goodnight everybody!) and pulls out a slice of bologna, which he will throw at opponents, similar to the fireballs thrown by Mario or Luigi. Three of their special attacks involve one of the siblings performing a unique move. Yakko, Wakko and Dot’s fighting style relies on them all acting as a group, similarly to the Ice Climbers. Dot smiles sweetly at the screen and says “Touch me and you’ll die” as she waves.Wakko turns to the screen and makes a Gookie face.Yakko turns to the screen, kisses the palm of his left hand and exclaims “Goodnight everybody!”.The siblings jump down from the water tower (only its legs are shown) in order: Dot is first, Wakko is second and Yakko is third. Their idle animations involve either Yakko pulling Wakko’s ears or Dot taking out a mirror and eyeing herself in it, while her brothers roll their eyes. Dot, being the smallest (and cutest) is at the front. Yakko is the tallest, and is always at the back.
Yakko, Wakko and Dot don’t look like they’ve changed a bit since they were first unleashed unto the world. The last four notes of the theme song followed by an extravagant flourish. At first, I was going to give them separate movesets, but then I realised that if I was going to be true to their roots, the Warners would fight as a trio, similar to the Ice Climbers.Ī silhouette of the Water Tower represents the Animaniacs franchise. Out of all the fighters so far, they have the most unique moveset. The Warner Brothers (and the Warner Sister) have broken out of the water tower to join the battle.
